What's Included

Cashier Mode The main order screen. Tap a menu item to add it to the cart. Supports quantity control, item removal, and order notes per transaction.

Customer Name Field Add the customer's name to every order. Shows up on the receipt and in your order history so you can track who ordered what.

Cash & Change Calculator Enter how much the customer paid and the app instantly computes the change. Includes quick-tap bill buttons so you don't have to type.

Menu Manager with Image Upload Add your products with a photo, price, cost price, category, and add-on options. Set items as available or out of stock anytime.

Add-on Customization Set size options, sugar levels, and extras per product. When a cashier adds that item to the cart, a customization screen pops up automatically.

Discount & Tax Settings Apply discounts per order — either a fixed amount or percentage. Set your tax rate once in Settings and it applies automatically to every order.

Thermal Receipt Printing Prints a clean 58mm receipt with your business name, logo, address, itemized order, totals, and thank-you message. Works with standard thermal printers connected to your device.

Sales Dashboard Filter your sales by Today, This Week, This Year, or a custom date range. See total revenue, net profit, total cost, average order value, number of orders, and overall profit margin.

Revenue Chart & Category Chart A bar chart shows your revenue over time. A doughnut chart breaks down sales by product category so you know what's selling most.

Best Sellers Table Ranked list of your top products showing quantity sold, cost, revenue, profit, and margin percentage — so you know exactly which items make you the most money.

Order History Full list of all saved orders. Search by customer name or order number. View the complete details of any past order and reprint its receipt anytime.

Business Settings Edit your business name, address, phone, logo, currency symbol, tax rate, and receipt message — all without touching any code.

CSV Export Export your product list and sales data as CSV files anytime. Use it for recordkeeping, accounting, or importing into spreadsheets.

How It Works

  1. Open the file in any browser — Chrome, Edge, or Safari. No installation needed. Works on phone, tablet, and desktop.

  2. Add your menu items — Go to the Menu tab. Add your products with a name, price, cost, category, and photo.

  3. Start taking orders — Tap the Cashier tab. Tap any item to add it to the cart. Customize add-ons if needed. Enter the customer name and cash given.

  4. Checkout — Hit Checkout to save the order. Print the receipt if you have a thermal printer connected.

  5. Check your sales — Go to the Dashboard tab to see your revenue, profit, best sellers, and charts filtered by day, week, or year.

Important Notes

  • Data is saved in your browser's local storage. This means your data stays on the device and browser you use. If you clear your browser data or switch to a different browser, the data will not carry over unless you export a backup first.

  • Always export a backup regularly using the Export Backup button in Settings. This saves a JSON file you can restore anytime.

  • Works best on Chrome or Edge. Safari on iOS works but has stricter storage limits.

  • No internet connection required after you open the file. The app runs fully offline.

  • Receipt printing requires a thermal printer connected to your device via USB or Bluetooth. The app uses your browser's built-in print function.

License

This is a single-user license for personal or business use.

  • You may use this app for your own business.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share this file with others.

  • You may not remove or alter the JLEE PRINTS footer on the receipt.
