What if I change devices or reinstall my browser? Your data is stored in that specific browser on that device. To transfer, export your records as Excel or CSV first, then re-import on the new device or browser.

Can multiple teachers use the same file? Not at the same time. Each teacher should have their own copy. Data is stored per browser, per device.

Is this aligned with DepEd formats? Yes. The attendance download follows DepEd-style format with school name, division, month, and legend. Grades are organized by quarter (Q1–Q4) for JHS/Elementary and semester (Sem1–Sem2) for SHS.

Can I customize the subjects, sections, and school year? Yes. Go to Settings and add or remove subjects, sections, strands, and school years anytime.
